Little twisters - Excellent collection of strongly observed songs about human stress, set to spare, tough music that draws on dub, funk, and noise. It s missing Armagh which is a bit surprising, and Pretty Boys which is just a pity, but otherwise a great place to start if you can t lay your hands on the first album Playing with a different sex which has been out of print for some time. Buy this before the remastered version of the second album, Sense and Sensuality
A must have pre-MTV post-punk collection! - Fantastic collection of classic Au Pairs songs. Among my favs are We re So Cool, Repetition, Come Again, and It s Obvious. A must have CD for those interested in pre-MTV post-punk music.
